Introducing the new flagship model among horizontal flow pack packaging machines: the FP 100 HP BOX MOTION 520.

This new model has been specifically designed to ensure perfect sealing on paper, even at high speeds, guaranteeing smooth and linear operation while eliminating all the typical challenges of similar applications.

The FP 100 HP BOX MOTION 520 is the result of a significant optimization effort, which has substantially involved both the reel motorization system and the longitudinal and transversal sealing units.

The transversal sealing unit uses an innovative box motion system with an extended sealing time, capable of generating a modulable pressure of up to 600 kg per square centimeter, making it ideal even at maximum operational speeds.

The film unwinding system is controlled by a fully automated fine-tuning mechanism, supported by dedicated load cells. This ensures a consistent material feed to the longitudinal sealing unit throughout every phase of the cycle: from start-up to maximum speed, during cyclic transitions, restarts, and automatic reel changes.

The longitudinal sealing unit, composed of four pairs of wheels, offers unprecedented micrometric adjustments, designed to adapt to sealing papers of different thicknesses and consistencies.
